Welcome to my newly redesigned website, which now includes a blog! I will be using the blog for a few different purposes:

- To alert you to important changes with my practice (such as scheduling);
- To write some helpful ideas, tips, insights, and information that you might find helpful for dealing with your issues.
I chose to redesign the website to make it simpler, cleaner, and easier to navigate.
