Insurance Information
We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

We can also bill as an out-of-network provider. This is not a bad thing; typically the deductible and copay are slightly higher, but coverage is less stringent and more flexible than with contracted providers. Here are some companies we regularly bill as an out-of-network provider:
If you have Kaiser insurance, you will have to talk with your member representative about connecting with a therapist at one of their clinics. They typically will not refer out (to a non-Kaiser employee), but may be able to under certain circumstances.
Insurance Claims
We handle all insurance claims electronically at no additional cost or effort to you. All we need in order to check your insurance benefits/eligibility and submit claims is a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and your date of birth. Insurance claims are submitted securely through a clearinghouse, making the process much safer and faster than paper delivery.
Payment Information
All payments are due on the date of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash and checks (preferred), but we can also accept debit/credit cards as well as Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts for an additional fee per transaction ($1 for payments under $50, $2 for payments up to $99, $3 for payments above $100). Alternatively, we can process ACH bank payments free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations so we can keep a full schedule and maintain consistent appointments with clients. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full regular session rate. Please note that these sessions cannot be billed to your insurance.
